It is my mission to help women struggling to lose weight with conventional weight loss tips ditch them for what works. 

Before losing 75 lbs, I tried low-fat diets, low-calorie diets, cleanses, going vegetarian, going vegan, all raw foods, eating 6 times a day, juice fasts, eating a grapefruit a day, eating a salad a day, vision boards, and manifestation. This went on for a decade. 

It wasn’t until I learned the truth about how weight loss and the human body actually works that pounds started moving.
