The recipe looks pretty manageable too. The “base” for the cookie is almond flour which has been, from my experience, easy to bake with.

Mayan Dream Keto Chocolate Truffles
Actually a fat bomb in Vivica Menegaz’s “The Everything Big Book of Fat Bombs,” Vivica describes these as “also delicious truffles in their own right.”
They’re “hot and smokey” too. Whip up a batch for your smoking hot date perhaps? (But not on the first date. These look like 10th date truffles. lol)
What makes them smokey is the smoked chipotle powder. Which is actually a tasty match to chocolate.

No Bake Grasshopper Pie
I’ve personally never had grasshopper pie, but this no bake keto version might give me a reason to try.
Now, the pie does have 7 g of carbs and I’m not sure if that’s by the slice, but doubt it’s for the whole pie so go easy on the servings.
Too much no bake grasshopper pie and you might easily (but tastily) go over your carb limit for keto. Portions are important.
